1-8 Bounce right heel four times, bounce left heel four times

9-12 Bump hips left twice, bump hips right twice

ROCK STEPS      
17-18 Take weight on left rocking forward right,     
 recover weight onto left  
19-20 Rock back on right, recover weight onto left
